Website Behaviour intelligence for CRMs

Stop relying only on trigger link clicks and start understanding how your leads actually engage.

A 3-min reader and a 5-sec bounce look identical in your CRM — but they are not the same lead.

Every page visit is tracked and intent signals are logged as internal comments

Why Intent Intelligence?

Better Lead Prioritization

Focus on contacts who actually engaged with your content.

Smarter Follow-Ups

Tailor messaging based on how leads interacted with your page.

Deeper Funnel Insight

Understand how contacts behave before taking action.

Analytics Shows Traffic.

This Shows People.

Google Analytics tells you 500 people visited.

But it cannot tell you: which specific lead spent 3 minutes reading your offer.

About Me

Hi, I am Poorna Potluri, an Enterprise Systems Architect.

For the past three years, I have built and managed massive CRM infrastructures for scaling agencies, processing hundreds of thousands of leads through complex data pipelines. My job was to push CRMs far beyond their native limits.

While auditing conversion rates and lead pipelines, I hit a massive wall: we had zero visibility into actual lead behavior.

Our sales teams were flying blind. A lead who bounced after 5 seconds looked exactly the same in the CRM as a lead who spent 3 minutes reading every word on the page.

I tried everything to solve this inside GoHighLevel:

Native Tracking Failed: I tested native "Activity Tracking" features, but quickly realized it was fundamentally flawed—it only attributed activity after a lead submitted a form. If they clicked a trigger link but didn't book, they were a ghost.

External Heatmaps Failed: I signed up for and integrated tools like Mouseflow to track behavior, but the data was anonymous. It told us how many people visited, but it couldn't tell our sales team who specifically was engaging.

So, I built the solution from scratch. I engineered custom JavaScript tracking codes embedded directly into the website headers to silently capture page load times, scroll percentages, time spent on the page, and device details without relying on form submissions.

When I ran this new behavioral data through data analysis, the results were undeniable: leads who scrolled past 60% of our pages were highly likely to convert, while those under 50% almost never did.

To get this data to the sales team, I built an event-driven webhook pipeline that captured these page visit metrics and pushed them natively into CRM via API as internal comments on the exact contact's profile. For the first time, the sales team had real-time intent intelligence and knew exactly who to prioritize.

Why I Built Intentya I realized that every CRM using business in the world is suffering from this exact same blind spot. You are spending thousands of dollars generating leads, but you are treating your 3-minute readers the exact same way you treat your 5-second bounces.

I packaged the enterprise-grade tracking architecture I built into Intentya—a behavior intelligence layer designed specifically for privacy-conscious agencies.

For a $99 one-time setup, my team will install the tracking scripts, configure your trigger links, and push real human behavior directly into your CRM's internal comments.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Intentya different from Google Analytics?

Google Analytics provides anonymous, aggregated data—it tells you how many people visited, but not who they are. Intentya is a behavior intelligence layer that tracks identified, per-contact data. It links actual human behavior to specific identities and pushes that data natively into your GoHighLevel CRM so your sales team knows exactly who to call

Why can't I just use native click tracking?

Standard CRM tracking only provides binary, event-based signals (e.g., a link was clicked). As you may have experienced, these clicks can be entirely false, triggered by automated corporate email security bots scanning your links. Intentya tracks actual human engagement—like exactly how long a contact stayed on a page and how far they scrolled—which successfully filters out bot clicks and shows you true intent depth

Will the phase-out of third-party cookies break Intentya?

No. Major browsers like Google Chrome are deprecating third-party cookies by 2025. Intentya completely bypasses this by utilizing Identity Resolution and first-party data tracking. By using strategies like appending a unique contact_id to your URLs, we safely and legally link a customer's online behavior to their CRM identity, future-proofing your tracking

How long does the setup take, and what do I have to do?

Our setup process takes 1 to 2 business days, and you have to do virtually nothing. Your $99 one-time setup fee covers our integration experts manually handling the heavy lifting: installing the OAuth app, embedding the tracking scripts, configuring the cookie consent popup on your website, configuring your tracking links, and mapping the custom fields inside your CRM

Is Intentya legal under strict privacy laws like the GDPR and CCPA?

Yes. Intentya acts purely as a Data Processor and is built on a strict consent-based framework. Privacy laws mandate that explicit, unambiguous consent must be acquired before tracking non-essential cookies. We configure your Intentya script so that it fires only after cookie consent is legally granted by your website visitor. We also enforce data minimization by only collecting engagement metrics (visits, time on page, scroll depth) and completely avoiding sensitive form data

What happens if a lead does not accept cookies?

If a user withdraws or refuses consent, tracking their non-essential cookies is illegal. Intentya prioritizes quality over quantity. While you won't track 100% of your total traffic, the highly engaged leads who do consent and spend 3 minutes scrolling your page are your hottest prospects. Your sales team will have deep behavioral context on the leads that actually matter.

Do you build our cookie consent banner and privacy policy for us?

Yes, we handle the technical configuration for you, but you maintain legal ownership. As part of our Done-For-You setup, our experts will actively build and configure your cookie consent banner using your website's native settings. However, because your agency is legally the "Data Controller" under privacy laws, our service is strictly limited to this technical build. We do not write custom legal policies; instead, we provide you with the exact, legally required transparency text (e.g., "we track engagement behavior linked to contact records") for you to simply paste into your existing Privacy Policy

How does Intentya handle false email clicks or bot traffic?

Corporate email security systems and inbox providers often automatically scan and "click" links the second an email is delivered, creating completely false engagement data inside GoHighLevel. Intentya completely bypasses this issue. Because we track actual human engagement—like exactly how long a contact stayed on the page and how far they scrolled

—we naturally filter out the bots. A bot might "click" a link, but it will not stay on your page for 3 minutes and scroll 90% of the way down

What exactly does the behavioral data look like inside GoHighLevel?

We push the data natively into the platform you already use. When a known contact interacts with your website, Intentya updates their contact record in real-time. This behavioral data will appear seamlessly as an internal comment and directly within custom fields, displaying exact metrics such as: Visits: 3 | Time on Page: 2m 41s | Scroll Depth: 91%

Can I use this data to trigger automations?

Yes. Because Intentya pushes the engagement signals (like scroll depth and time on page) directly into custom fields, your campaign operators can use these data points to build highly targeted automation logic. For example, you can set a workflow to automatically send an SMS or alert your sales team only when a lead scrolls past 80% of your sales page.

How does Intentya track people without using third-party cookies?

Google is actively testing "Tracking Protection" and plans to phase out third-party cookies entirely by 2026, which will cripple traditional trackers. Intentya is future-proof because it relies on "Identity Resolution". This is a process that links a customer's online behavior to their unique identity using first-party data, such as appending a unique contact_id directly to your campaign URLs or using a first-party visitor cookie

Do I need to know how to code to install this?

bsolutely not. To minimize the effort and sacrifice required on your end, we use a "Done-For-You" model. You do not need to hire a developer or mess with complex code. Our integration experts handle 100% of the heavy lifting, including installing the OAuth app, embedding the scripts, and mapping the custom fields, etc

How long does it take before i can see this data?

Reducing the time delay between when you sign up and when you get your desired result is critical. Our team completes the entire Done-For-You technical setup in just 1 to 2 business days. Once installed, the data flows into your CRM in real-time, meaning you can instantly start seeing this data when a contact clicked your modified trigger links.

Can we just use a "cookie wall" to force users to be tracked?

No, and attempting to do so is a massive legal risk. A "cookie wall" restricts access to a website until a user accepts cookies. This is considered illegal under strict privacy laws like the GDPR and the CCPA, because consent must be freely given and unambiguous. Intentya follows these policies by only firing its tracking script after lawful, opt-in consent is obtained

What is the "Right to be Forgotten," and how does Intentya handle it?

Under data protection laws like the GDPR and the DPDP Act, a user has the right to withdraw their tracking consent at any time, with the exact same ease as when they gave it. Furthermore, privacy laws dictate that persistent tracking cookies cannot last indefinitely and must have a clear expiration date written into their code.

Intentya handles this automatically in two ways:

Instant Opt-Out: Because our tracking architecture is strictly linked to your website's native consent banner, if a user opts out or requests their data be erased, our script instantly stops tracking their non-essential behavioral data, keeping you fully compliant.

The 14-Day Consent Refresh: We enforce a strict 14-day expiration limit on our tracking cookies. After 14 days, the user's persistent cookie automatically expires. If that same user visits your landing page again on day 15, our system will automatically refresh and ask them to grant consent again.

This built-in 14-day refresh guarantees you never hold onto stale tracking data and automatically enforces the highest standards of global privacy laws.
